Kinds of Resumes 1

There are a number of different formats that you can use when it comes to putting together your resume.

The first one is listing your experience in chronological order.

It is a good basic choice, but keep in mind that any gaps you have will stand out and most likely be asked about in an interview.

How long is too long on a resume?

Don’t put down every single little job you have ever had, (unless you are VERY young!) only the most relevant ones, with the most detailed information about your present position.

Try to confine yourself to two pages, and put your references on a clearly labeled but separate page for when and if the time comes.
